Tech Support/License Transfer/Contact form during the Holiday
We will respond to all of the support requests, emails and orders on Jan.6. However, our support staff will be monitoring all the emails and respond to urgent matters.
The purchase is available from our Online Store, however, the following license type will be delivered on Jan.6 if the order came in during the holiday.
So if you are planning to purchase/renew your following licenses, please do so before December 28th!
- Academic Individual License
- Faculty Site License
- Organizational Perpetual License and its renewal license
- Floating License
Delivery of the free student license may be delayed if you request during the holiday.
