Holiday Schedule
- Office Closure Dates: Dec. 26 (Thu) – Jan. 5 (Sun)
- Resumption of Business: We will resume normal operations on January 6th (Mon) at 9:00 AM JST (Japan Standard Time).
Tech Support/License Transfer/Contact Form
- Monitoring Period: Our support staff will be monitoring all emails during the holidays and will respond to urgent issues.
- Response to Requests: All support requests, emails, and orders will be addressed starting January 6th.
About Purchase
Online Store Availability:
Our Online Store will be operational during the holiday period. However, these two license types will not be delivered automatically during the holiday period.
Pre-Holiday Purchases Advised: If you are considering purchasing any of these two licenses, we recommend completing your transaction before the holiday begins to ensure timely delivery. Please place your orders by December 25th to avoid any delay.
Purchasing Through Resellers:
You can also purchase Astah licenses from our listed resellers. However, we are not certain of the holiday schedules for each reseller. Please check directly with them for specific holiday availability and processing times if you have any questions.

If you have lost your license file, you can easily re-issue it from our website.
