We’ve simplified the process of renewing your license:
- No More Accidental New License Registrations
Previously, some users unintentionally registered a new license instead of renewing their existing one, causing inconvenience. - Clearer License Validity Updates
When renewing a license or adding more seats to an existing license, the new site will visually display how the validity period will be updated, making it much easier to understand the updated license’s validity period. This provides a more transparent and intuitive experience.
These updates mean fewer mistakes and a smoother renewal process!

Temporary Service Downtime Notice
As part of this update, the CV Members Site will be temporarily unavailable on March 8 (Saturday) from 13:00 to 17:00 JST. During this period, customers will be unable to:
- Download Astah license files
- Register or renew Astah licenses
- Download older versions of Astah products
For customers purchasing automatic registration-type Astah licenses during this time, the license delivery will be completed after the update is finished.
If you plan to purchase, renew, or download an Astah license, please do so before this maintenance window to avoid any inconvenience.
