Both of our website (Astah.net) and CV Members site will be available throughout the holidays, so that allows you to download Astah, register licenses and submit your support tickets.
However all the support tickets submitted during the holiday and some of the free student license request will be responded after January 4th (Mon) when we will resume our normal business hours.
