Unveiling the Upcoming SysML v2 Modeler: Next-Generation MBSE from Change Vision

We have some exciting news to share from Change Vision! As the systems engineering community prepares for real-world SysML v2 adoption, we are dedicated to building tooling that helps this transition. You may know we’ve previously released the SysMLv2 Editor as a Visual Studio Code extension, and today we are taking that to the next level.

We are thrilled to officially launch the dedicated feature page for our upcoming SysML v2 Modeler!

SysMLv2 Modeler

Our Upcoming SysML v2 Modeler

We showcased a preview of this tool at INCOSE IS2026 in Yokohama, where we received fantastic feedback and encouragement from systems engineering professionals. Driven by the enthusiasm of everyone we met at our booth, we have been passionately developing this tool ever since.

The upcoming SysML v2 Modeler expands on our VS Code extension, combining code-like modeling speed with full graphical freedom. It is built specifically to support Vibe-Coding and Modern Systems Engineering, allowing you to seamlessly bridge textual and visual representations within a lightweight environment.

Key Advantages at a Glance

  • Code-Like Speed & Graphical Freedom: Model at the speed of code using your preferred AI Agent. Review models on diagrams quickly, then edit seamlessly in text or visual diagrams.

  • Lightweight: Enterprise MBSE tools often require heavy servers, but our tool runs directly on VS Code as an extension – making it lightweight, fast, and instant to deploy.

  • AI-Assisted Capabilities: Bring your preferred AI service directly into your textual .sysml files.

  • Github Integration: .sysml files used in this tool can be fully integrated with GitHub version control.

We are also opening up our Early Access Program. While the product is still in active development, Early Access participants will receive pre-release builds ahead of the public release – and your feedback will directly shape our development roadmap.
