After Windows 10 Creator’s Update, Astah crashes anytime it brings your Windows Explorer for instance when saving files, opening existing files.

Solution

Change your Look & Feel from [View] – [Look & Feel].

Status

This seems to be a bug in Java and is planned to be fixed at the version 8u141 according to Oracle.
